We are a non-profit, state-certified, outpatient mental health clinic located in Racine, Wisconsin. We offer counseling services for individuals, couples, families, and a number of groups on various relevant topics.
The mission of Family Service of Racine is to enhance individuals and families. No one is ever turned away because of their inability to pay for our services. We offer payment for services via a variety of methods including:
- Sliding Scale Payments (Based on Federal Poverty Level)
- Private Insurance
- Badger Care
- Title 19
- Medicare
- Medicaid

What is counseling?
Counseling provides a confidential place to explore issues in your life that cause problems in your relationships, personal life, and/or employment. Individuals and families receive help gaining the tools they need to face the crises and challenges in their lives, and to gain positive perspectives that lead to healthy behaviors and actions.
How do I know when I need help?
You may need help when stress is interfering with your ability to enjoy your life.
