We're always looking for great volunteers to help us fulfill our mission!

Social Work Interns

Through the years, Family Service of Racine has a developed a great reputation as a teaching clinic. These are just some of great opportunities that our interns are presented with:

• Managed by one of our very experienced and accomplished Therapists
• Run Anger Management program in local schools
• Sit in on Therapy sessions and groups
• Assist with Veterans Art Therapy and other group counseling

Macro Studies

• Assist with large fundraising events
• Learn about non-profit businesses, Board of Directors
• Take part in Counseling Committee Meetings
• Develop marketing materials for upcoming groups, events, fundraisers

Are you looking for great cause to support? Is your local Boy or Girl Scout Troop, Youth Group or Church Group looking for ways to earn badges? As a non-profit agency with a very small staff, we have many ways that you can help! With everything from delivering old books to the library, repairing computers, painting, light yard work and other tasks like filing and shredding, we can always use some extra hands! Students who need to earn volunteer hours for school will receive letters from Family Service of Racine tracking their time spent volunteering!
